This notice is provided by ID-ology LLC, based in Houston, Texas, for visitors to this website. Shannon Grigsby is the contact for website privacy enquiries. It covers the website, not the terms of an individual consulting engagement.

Information you choose to provide

Scale Studio asks for your name, work email, business name, and business goal. You may also provide a phone number, role, industry, team size, revenue range, years in business, location, business context, and ratings of people, process, performance, structure, and resources. Direct email enquiries include the information you choose to send.

Please provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, medical records, or unnecessary personal information about employees or other people.

Scale Studio and private review

Scale Studio sends your intake to the website’s submission storage for private review by ID-ology. The public intake ends with a confirmation; it does not display or send automated findings or recommendations. Analysis and recommendations remain an ID-ology advisor workflow.

The purpose of the intake is to understand your business context and support a follow-up conversation about your enquiry.

Scale Studio submissions are held for 12 months from the date you submit them, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes an engagement, relevant information may be kept for the duration of that work under its own terms.

We do not sell or share your information

ID-ology does not sell, rent, trade, or share the information you provide with other businesses for their own marketing or any other purpose. It is used only to respond to your enquiry and support any engagement you choose to begin. The service providers that run this website handle information only to provide their service.

Visitor statistics

The website records visitor statistics, such as pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location, to understand how the site is used and improve it. These statistics are reviewed in summary form and are not used to identify you or for advertising.

Contact enquiries and the Gap Indicator

Messages sent through the contact and certification request forms are delivered to ID-ology at info@id-ologyconsulting.com and used only to respond to your enquiry. Certification requests are also saved in the website’s private submission storage for review by Shannon Grigsby alongside Scale Studio submissions. The certification request form asks for your name, email, business name, client status, requested support, and certification goals. You may also provide a phone number, certifications of interest, and a target date or renewal deadline.

Gap Indicator answers are used within the current page to calculate the displayed self-assessment. That assessment does not send those answers as a Scale Studio submission.

Website services and other providers

The website uses Lovable for hosting, visitor statistics, and private Scale Studio and certification request storage, and Google Fonts to load its typefaces. Requests to external services include technical connection information, such as your IP address. See the Cookie Notice for website technology information.

Separate services used during enquiries or engagements may have their own privacy notices. Ask ID-ology which providers will be involved before sharing information through another service.

Questions about your information

Contact Shannon to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or discuss access and handling. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless requested through an agreed channel.
